I grew up in a small town in South Carolina—anxious, empathetic, and deeply disconnected from my own voice.
Raised in a religious home, I learned how to perform, how to please, how to survive—but not how to feel safe being me.

As I moved into adulthood, I kept following the blueprint that had been handed to me:
Marriage, motherhood, the "perfect" life.
I manifested a life that looked good to everyone else—but didn’t feel real to me.

In 2023, after ten years as a stay-at-home mom, everything shifted.
A simple decision to return to work cracked my world wide open.
I remembered I was more than a role. More than a label.
I was a whole woman—with a voice, a purpose, and a life still waiting to be claimed.

Choosing myself wasn’t easy.
It meant walking away from the life I had built to create one that aligned with who I really am.
It meant trusting my inner voice over fear, tradition, or expectation.

That decision became my awakening—and the foundation of the work I do now.
